Protein Recovery Smoothie



I have this smoothie for my recovery. It gives me a kick of nutrients and a kick of energy for my recovery.

The protein powder gives you your protein needs for repair and recovery and the blackcurrant powder gives you added vitamin C, amazing for recovery.

Ingredients
1 Banana
1/2 cup Blueberries
3 scoops (approx 1/4 cup) Protein Powder (I use Pure Whey Protein Organic Cacao)
1 teaspoon Blackcurrant Powder ( I use Pure Blackcurrant Recovery)
Cold water (add as much or as little as you like to get the thickness you prefer)
Top with chia seeds

Method
  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass.
  3. Top with chia seeds.
  4. Enjoy!
