Blackcurrant and Almond Chocolate Bark

Yum yum and so easy!
The dark chocolate gives a yummy slightly bitter taste, then blackcurrant offsets this with a natural sweetness and zing, while the almonds give that lovely mellow crunchy bite to top it all off.

Ingredients
250g 72% dark chocolate
5-6 teaspoons Pure Blackcurrant Recovery Powder
2 cup whole almonds

Method
- Melt chocolate.
- On a tray spread some baking paper and spread the chocolate nice and thin.
- Sprinkle blackcurrant powder on top and spread it by running a skewer back and forth.
- Put whole almonds in a bag and smash with a rolling pin and spread on top.
- Press almonds in with a fork.
- Place in the fridge until hard, then break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
