Christmas Chocolate Bark

So easy and yummy. These treats are perfect for a little Christmas bite.

Ingredients
250g 72% dark chocolate
75g Cherries Red Glace, chopped
70g Hazelnuts, chopped
A hand full of mini marshmallows

Method

  1. Melt chocolate.
  2. On a tray spread some baking paper and spread the chocolate in nice and thin circles.
  3. Press in hazelnuts, cherries, and marshmallows.
  4. Place in the fridge until hard, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
